Strategic at Ibis Bandung Pasteur Hotel
Wednesday, April 29, 2015, the
Student Program Tourism Marketing Management class of 2012, concentrations of
Hotel Marketing Management, University of Indonesia has been conducting Visit
Hotel, entitled "Campus Visit Hotel" and the theme "Strategic Marketing
at Hotel Ibis Bandung Pasteur Hotel" under the guidance of lecturer Mrs. Dewi
Pancawati N., S.Pd., MM, and Mr. Oce Ridwanudin, .SE ,. MM held at Hotel Ibis
Pasteur, Bandung.
Visits are packaged in a Campus
Visit Hotel is meant by students of the Tourism Marketing Management
concentrates on Hotel Marketing Management can know the products offered by the
hotel and also the marketing strategy implemented by the hotel to market
products that hotels have so that students are able to understand how to manage
your hotel good marketing strategy to sell products and services to consumers.
The benefits that can be obtained by students who will be engaged in the
marketing of tourism that is able to determine what factors are capable of
attracting consumers to decide to stay to the hotel with the right marketing
strategy.
This activity begins at 10:00 am
to finish and was followed by 20 students Hotel Marketing Management
concentration. A series of activities were carried out are, the provision of material
from the General Manager of Hotel Ibis Pasteur. Then proceed with the free time
(lunch and prayer), and the hotel tour activities. The event begins at 10:00 pm
and immediately entered the room for the event giving material by the General
Manager of Hotel Ibis Pasteur Bandung named Mr. Tatang Abdurachman. After
getting the material from the General Manager, the student is given time to ask
GM about the world of hospitality.
After approximately 2 hours of
the activity, the activities continued with Free Time. This time is filled by
students and faculty in attendance to enjoy a lunch to enjoy delicious products
restaurant Hotel Ibis Pasteur. Once finished lunch, the students and faculty do
the hotel tour to see first hand the products owned by the Hotel Ibis Pasteur.
After all the events carried out.
Students are expected in particular Tourism Marketing Management Marketing
Management concentration Hotels force in 2012 got a lot of knowledge that is
very useful, especially about marketing strategies for hotels that will be used
in the workplace in the future.
